A trip to Amboseli National Park, Mombasa, Malindi, and Lamu offers a delightful blend of wildlife safari, coastal relaxation, and cultural exploration.

 

1. Amboseli National Park:

Tour Plan

Day 1 Nairobi

Greet and meet at the Nairobi airport, and transfer to Nairobi National Park. Transport – Safari Land Cruiser. Lunch box with Breakfast and refreshments served in the car. The duration of Safari is 3 hours; you will see all the animals in this oldest Kenyan park. Then a visit to the giraffe centre, animal murmurs from hands, and posing for pictures. Lunch in the cafe “4 squares” or similar. Transfer to the chosen category hotel with the meal plan BB for check-in and refresh. 5 pm transfer to the complex “Two Rivers”, where you can have a Ferris wheel ride, purchase a SIM card, change money, and go shopping. 7:30 pm transfer to the Safari Park Hotel for the “Cats Show”, which has been going on for the past 40 years. The dinner is served with 15 types of meat, including crocodile, ostrich, camel, and a salad and dessert buffet. Drinks for extra. Photographing with the performers is available after the show. 10:00 pm transfer to the hotel.

Day 2 Tsavo National Park

6:15 am early breakfast and check out. 6:45 am transfer to the Nairobi SGR railway station. 8:00 departure to the Tsavo National Park, Voi station in 1st or 2nd class. Drinks, snacks, and breakfast are on sale on the train. Own alcohol is not allowed. Arrival at the VOI station at 12:04 pm. In the parking lot, you will be met by Salt Lick Safari Lodge staff, who will take you to the legendary Salt Lick Lodge (meal plan is FB). Lodge stands on stilts in the immediate vicinity of a watering, under which the observation tunnel lies. Thus, you can observe animals from your room or from the tunnel. Salt Lick is still considered the most photographed lodge in the world. 4 pm the evening game drive, back to the Lodge before dinner

Day 3 Mombasa

6 am – 2 hours morning game drive, breakfast, check out, and transfer to the VOI SGR station for traveling to Mombasa. Departure at 12:08 pm. Have lunch on the train. Kenyan shillings and credit cards are accepted for payment. Arrival in Mombasa at 2 pm. At the parking, you will meet a representative of the Transportation Company, then depart for the Old Mombasa City Tour. You will see the first mosque, port, hotel, post office in Kenya, and Fort Jesus. At 4 pm, transfer to the chosen category and meal plan hotel. On the road to the hotel -around 1 hour. After dinner, you can enjoy the traditional African show.

Day 4 Explore Mombasa

After the early breakfast, optionally you can go to the deep sea fishing (6 hours), or Wasini marine park (8 hours – lunch is included), or to the Funzi Kilaguni island (6 hours – seafood lunch is included), or to the sandy banks boat ride (2 hours), or take up water sports (2 hours). Flashes and masks for snorkelling obtained on boats and caravels. In the evening, you can inspect the local clubs and restaurants.

Day 5 Lamu

Breakfast, transfer to Mombasa airport for the Lamu flight by Skyward Express at 11:30 am. Arrival on the island at 12:10 pm. Transfer by boat to the selected hotel. Have lunch at the hotel or one of the waterfront restaurants. At 4:00 pm, there will be a boat trip to one of the archipelago islands with a sundowner. Arrange in advance the morning deep-sea fishing with the reception.

Day 6 Malindi

Breakfast, deep-sea fishing. Upon returning to the hotel, ask the cook to prepare lunch from your catch. A short rest and transfer by boat to the airport for your flight to Malindi with Skyward Express at 5:10 pm. Arrival in Malindi in 20 minutes. Transfer to the selected hotel with the selected meal plan. Dine at the hotel or one of the Italian restaurants along the waterfront.

Day 7 Explore Malindi

After breakfast, an excursion will be organized to the Hell’s Kitchen crater – the hottest spot in Kenya, as well as to the Vasco Da Gama Museum and the Malindi waterfront. After lunch, relax at the ocean or pool. In the evening, we advise inspecting the local bars and clubs.

Day 8 Departure

Breakfast, check out, transfer to Malindi airport for flight to Nairobi, connecting international flights.
