Kenya. Scheduled FAM Tour for Agents with Kids

We invite travel professionals with kids to enjoy a familiarization tour in Magical Kenya, during the school vacations Fall 2025. Start in Nairobi, finish in Mombasa. Languages ​​in the group: English, Ukrainian, Russian.
The itinerary created in a way to allow discovering the main tourist magnates and parks in Nairobi, Amboseli, Tsavo, Mombasa and Diani among of others. Tour is kid’s friendly and logistic is comfortable.
Inspect and enjoy the Kenyan hospitality industry and be introduced to the products what are popular and affordable, as well – easy to sell.

Tour Plan

Day 1 Nairobi. Meal: Breakfast

Meet and greet at the airport by a representative of the host party. Transfer to the hotel. Earlie check in. After the breakfast we’ll start the site inspections for the Nairobi hotels. On the way we can make a stop for the SIM-card parching, shopping, forex exchange. As well we can visit the Giraffe Centre and feed these tallest animals in the world (entrance fee payable at the site).

Suggested activities for kids: Sheldrick Wildlife Trust Nursery, Evening game drive in the Nairobi National Park, Stedmak Animal Park, Nairobi National Museum.

Day 2 Nairobi-Amboseli. Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

6:00 am early breakfast, check out, morning game drive in Amboseli. By 10am transfer to Tsavo West.  Check-in to the Taita Hills Resort and lunch. The evening game drive will start at 4pm. Back to the lodge for dinner.

Tsavo West is famous for the largest groups of elephants in the world, as well as many Maasai giraffes. The landscape of the Taita Hills Conservancy mainly consists of grassy savannah. In the park you can see impala antelope, buffalo, big kudu, water goats, lions, cheetahs and other animals.

Day 3 Amboseli-Tsavo. Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

6:30am breakfast and check-out, morning game drive in Amboseli. Experienced travelers say that the best view of Kilimanjaro opens from the Kenyan Amboseli Park, although the highest mountain in Africa is located in Tanzania. 10am transfer to Tsavo West. 13:30 check and Lunch. 16pm evening game drive in the Taita Hills Conservancy. Return to the lodge for dinner.

Day 4 Tsavo-Mombasa. Meal: Breakfast and Dinner.

Morning game drive, breakfast, check-out, transfer to Mombasa.

MOMBASA is a coastal city in southeastern Kenya, on the shores of the Indian Ocean. It was the first capital of British East Africa until Nairobi became the capital in 1907. The city soon became a major trading center in East Africa, mainly trading spices, slaves, coconuts and ivory. Commercial ties reached the mainland of India and China. Over the centuries, the city changed hands – the Arabs, the Portuguese, the Sultanate of Oman, and in 1840 Mombasa was taken by the Sultan of Zanzibar, who later gave it to the British. It became a protectorate of Great Britain, which made Mombasa a sea gate and railway station.

Tourists enjoy some types of safaris and since the beach is perfect for snorkeling, diving and much more – this is why Mombasa has been a popular tourist destination for the past 100 years. On the other hand, Mombasa is not only famous for its beaches. The destination is well known as an ancient city that existed from the first to the fifth century.

Mombasa is now Kenya’s main port and the capital of Mombasa County. The city is known as the “white and blue city” in Kenya, also for its calm pace amidst the hustle and bustle of everyday life, so the slogan “Hakuna matata” – a Swahili phrase meaning “no problem” or “don’t worry” – reflects the reality of a slow life.

Check-in to the hotel by 3pm. Enjoy your stay at the Indian Ocean.

Day 5 Mombasa. Meal: Breakfast, Dinner

Free day at the beach.

Accommodation: Mombasa Continental Resort/Severin Sea Lodge or similar.

Suggested activities for kids: Mombasa Marine Park excursion, Wild Waters Aquapark.

Day 6 Mombasa-Diani. Meal: Breakfast, Dinner

After the sun basing and breakfast, check out and we’ll start the hotel inspections for the properties bases in Mombasa. On our way to the best beach in Africa – Diani we’ll make a stop in Old Mombasa town for the walking excursion. Arrival in Diani by 5pm. Enjoy yourself at the Ocean! Traditional show starts after the dinner.

Day 7 Diani. Meal: Breakfast, Dinner

Breakfast, then site inspection for the Diani based properties. Back to the hotel by 4pm. Relax and Dinner.

Day 8 Diani. Meal: Breakfast and Dinner.

Free day at the beach.

Accommodation: Leopard Beach Resort or similar.

Suggested activities for kids: Day tour to Wasini Marine Park, the slave’s cave visit.

Day 9 Diani. Meal: Breakfast and Dinner.

On this day depending on the watertight we’ll make a sea excursion with the snorkeling to the disappearing islands (2,5 hours).

Day 10 Diani. Meal: Breakfast and Lunch.

Today is the last day at the coast. Enjoy the sun and ocean!

In the evening you will be invited for the Galla Dinner behalf of the tour organizers and the resort Management.

Day 11 Departure

Transfer to Mombasa International airport will be organized 3 hours before flight.

For the early morning flights, we advise to order breakfast in lunchbox from reception in advance.
