Pick up in the morning at around 8 am and directly on the way south to the Namib Desert & world-famous Sossusvlei. We will drive through scenic Spreetshoogte Pass. Stop over at the viewpoint to admire the endless panorama of the Namib. Our next stop is at Solitaire oasis, where we stop for lunch & stretch our legs. Arrival at the lodge in the afternoon.

Early morning before sunrise, we are driving around 70 km through the desert to reach Sesriem Gate. The gate is open at sunrise, a scenic drive through Sesriem Gate to Sossusvlei gives opportunities for capturing the orange dunes with the eye of the camera, dunes of Sossusvlei give off spectacular colors & shades early in the morning. Welcome to the highest shifting dunes in the world at Raising Sun, which was recently inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage list as the ‚Sand Sea’. Option of climbing picturesque Dune 45 to experience the beauty and vastness of the fascinating orange-colour landscape. After the climb, a 5 km off-road 4×4 trail to visit surreal Dead Vlei, a place of vast clay pan and dried-up, ancient acacias standing silent in an impressive landscape. In the afternoon, visit the fascinating rock formation of the Sesriem Canyon and, optionally, climb the Elim Dune overlooking the scenic desert horizon.

After breakfast, journey to the small, coastal town of Luderitz, situated on the Atlantic Coast. Our road will lead through a spectacular landscape and breathtaking vistas of the Namib Desert. Before reaching Luderitz short visit to Ferer Desert Horses.
Upon arrival short visit to the historical monument, a granite cross, known as the Diaz Cross, set in the sands of the Namib by Portuguese sailor Bartholomew Diaz, when he first landed at the Namibian coast on 25th July 1488. The cross presently found is a replica of the original, and it was erected in 1988.
In the afternoon, relax and optional walk around the town with the historical buildings

In the morning, driving around 10 km from Luderitz, to visit the historical ‚Ghost Town’ of Kolmanskoop, deserted in the sands after the famous ‚diamond rush’. You will spend around one hour on a guided tour at Kolmanskoop. After the tour, you are welcome to explore Kolmanskop on your own, in search of a perfect photograph of the Ghost Town buried in the sand of the Namib Desert.

Today, on our way to the second largest canyon in the World, Fish River Canyon. The Fish River Canyon is located in the south of Namibia. It is the largest canyon in Africa, as well as the second most visited tourist attraction in Namibia. It features a gigantic ravine, in total about 160 kilometres long, up to 27 km wide, and in places almost 550 meters deep.

Traveling west-north towards the small town of Keetmanshoop, after Keetmanshoop turn onto the gravel road and short visit to: Quiver Tree Forest & Giant’s Playground. Arrival at the lodge for a relaxing afternoon in the Kalahari Desert.
