Tour Plan

Day 1 Windhoek,

Pick up in the morning at around 8am & Leaving Windhoek, on route south to Sossusvlei via scenic Spreetshoogte Pass – one of the most spectacular places of Namibia. Stop-over for lunch in the Solitaire, oasis in the Namib Desert. Arrival at the lodge in the afternoon, time for rest and relax. Accommodation: 2 nights at Solitaire or similar, Distance: 350 km on gravel road, Duration: 5 hours with stop-overs and lunch break.

Day 2 Sesriem Gate to Sossusvlei

Early morning before sunrise, 70 km scenic drive through Sesriem Gate to Sossusvlei – place of the highest dunes of the World, which was recently inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage list as the‚Sand Sea’. Option of climbing picturesque Dune 45 to experience beauty and vastness offascinatingorange-colored landscape. After the climb, 5 km off-road 4×4 trail to visit surreal Deadvlei, a place ofvast clay pan and dried-up, ancient acacias standing silent in an impressive landscape. Break forlunch. In the afternoon visit at Sesriem Canyon and Elim Dune.Distance: around 200 km on tar, gravel and sand roads

Day 3 Namib-Naukluft Park to Swakopmund,

Adventure starts after breakfast, as we travel through the Namib-Naukluft Park to Swakopmund,passing by canyons and fascinating rock formations. Magnificent landscape of the Namib reaches as far as eye can see. Wildlife and grazing antelopes: oryx and springbuck, mountain zebras, giraffes
and World’s biggest birds that don’t fly – ostriches. On route, celebrating crossing of the Tropic of Capricorn (famous geographical line) – time for pictures! On arrival in Walvis Bay visit to lagoon for close encounter with flamingos. Accommodation: 2 nights in Swakopmund at Royal Sea Star Guesthouse or similar, Distance: 300 km(gravel road), Duration: 5 hours with stop-overs.

Day 4 Welwitschia Mirabilis,

Coastal adventure invites you to the ‚lunar landscape’ for a discovery of the botanic attraction,Welwitschia Mirabilis, called a ‚living fossil’, one of the oldest and most original, living plants on Earth, remembering the times of Christ.Optional attractions: Quad Bike ride into the dunes of the Namib, Early morning dolphin cruise to the flamingos and fur seal colonies & Sandwich Harbor excursion, where dunes meet ocean,Swakopmund city tour and visit to the Crystal Gallery and local craft market, Pelican Point Kayaking

Day 5 Etosha National Park

We bid ‚farewell’ to coastal town of Swakopmund, on our way to Etosha National Park – treasure of Namibia, considered to be one of the most loved parks of Africa!On arrival in Etosha, we are welcomed by wild animals and white sand of the plains, while searching for the king of the savannah – lion, during the afternoon’s game drive we are admiring variety of magnificent game: antelopes, giraffes, zebras as well as herds of African elephants roaming throughthe bush.In the evening, relaxing dinner served in the thrilling atmosphere of the wild. At the waterhole,thirsty animals gather for the drink of water, while you are invited to watch the ever-changing

Day 6 Etosha National Park,

Today full day unlimited game drive in Etosha National Park, from sunrise till sunset with brake for lunch.Distance: 150 km, Duration: full day unlimited game drive in Etosha, sunrise till sunset.

Day 7 capital of Namibia.

After breakfast ‚farewell’ to Etosha, we are traveling south to Windhoek, capital of Namibia. Plenty of time to do last shopping for gifts, souvenirs and curios at the local craft market, and enough time to take the last photos of beautiful Africa.Distance: around 450 km (tarred roads), Duration: 5 hrs.
