representatives of Central African tribes. It borders on Sudan in the north, on the Democratic

Tour Plan

Day 1 Entebbe-Jinja

Arrival at Entebbe airport, a city on the coast of Lake Victoria. Formalities upon arrival – port of health. Prepare a passport on vaccination and vaccination against yellow fever, a foreign passport.
Then go to passport control – present a foreign passport and visa – get a stamp in your passport. Go to the belt with your luggage. After receiving your bags, you will be asked to put all your luggage, including hand luggage, on the x-ray machine for inspection. In the arrivals hall on the right side there are ATMs – withdraw local currency. It is better to exchange in the city at the forex bureau – the rate is more favorable. You will be met by a driver. Transport minivan. In Uganda, cards and Ugandan shillings are accepted.
Transfer to Jinja. Distance 127 km, 2 hours on the way (depending on traffic). It is advisable to buy a SIM card with Internet access, about 10 thousand shillings. You can also ask the driver to top up the Internet (BANDELS) from his phone with compensation. For dinner, you can stop in the capital of Uganda, Kampala, at one of the local restaurants – a set dinner usually includes goat or chicken with soup, side dishes and juice for 20 thousand shillings or at Cafe Javas – continental cuisine from 45 thousand shillings. Day 2 Jinja - Lake Victoria - Source of the Nile - Queen Elizabeth National Park

Early Breakfast, transfer to Lake Victoria.
Lake Victoria is a lake in East Africa, located on the equator, in the tectonic depression of the EastAfrican platform at an altitude of 1134 m. The area is 68 thousand km², the volume is 2760 km³. Thisis the second largest freshwater lake in the world (after Lake Superior). The greatest length is 320km, the width is 274 km. The average depth is 40 m (the greatest is 80 m). After the construction ofthe Owen Falls Dam in 1954, the lake was turned into a reservoir. There are many islands on thelake, the largest is Ukerewe. The full-flowing Kagera River flows into it, the Victoria Nile flows out,then joins the white and blue Nile. Fishing (more than 100 species of fish, many endemics) andshipping are developed on the lake. The main ports are Mwanza, Bukoba (Tanzania), Entebbe, Jinja(Uganda), Kisumu (Kenya). The lake was discovered and named in honor of Queen Victoria by the British traveler John Henning Speke in 1858. The captain will organize a boat ride around the lake, you will see many birds nesting on the coast, then you will go to the sources of the Nile, where you can do a photo shoot at the monument. Try to leave Jinja before 10 am. There is a long road ahead, but with stunning views and landscapes to the Queen Elizabeth National Park in the west of the country. The distance is 365 km, the journey takes up to 8 hours. The driver will recommend a place where it is better to stop for lunch. Arrival at Engiri Game Lodge FB for dinner. During dinner, ask the staff to prepare lunch boxes, which you will take during breakfast. Queen Elizabeth National Park is the most visited by tourists protected area in Uganda, located in he west of the country on an area of ​​1,978 km² between Lake George and Lake Edward around the Kazinga channel connecting them. The park is home to more mammal species than any other park in Uganda – 95 species, inhabiting both the savannah and the forest. Among them are elephants, buffalo, hippopotamuses, mongooses, warthogs, 10 species of primates (chimpanzees, black and white monkeys, olive baboons, red-tailed and green monkeys and others), about 20 species of predators (lions, leopards, spotted hyenas, side-striped jackals and others), antelopes (swamp goats, forest antelopes, water antelopes, topi antelopes, shy and timid near-water antelopes nakong, 4species of South African duiker antelope).

Day 3 Queen Elizabeth National Park - Bwindi Forest National Park

Early breakfast (don’t forget your lunch boxes) and check out, transfer to the gates of the Elizabeth Park. Bank cards ONLY are accepted for payment if you will decide to go for Chimpanzee. In the direction of the reserve in the park where chimpanzees live, you will see a variety of wildlife and the driver will try to show you tribes of lions. Before the chimpanzee trekking, you will be given a short briefing on how to behave in THEIR forest. Depending on the success of the safari, the cruise along the Kazinga Channel, connecting Lake Edward and Lake George, can start either at 11 am or at 3 pm. The cruise duration is 2 hours. During the water safari you will be able to see most of the animals that live in the park. After the cruise, there isa trip to Bwindi Forest, 180 km and about 6 hours on the road. Check in at Bwindi Guest House AIand dinner (please notify the lodge staff to prepare lunch boxes for breakfast). Bwindi Jungle is a national park in the southwestern part of Uganda, part of the Bwindi Forest. The area is 331 km². The park consists of lowland and mountain jungles. It can only be reached on foot. Itis a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Bwindi is one of the richest ecosystems in Africa. It is home to 340 mountain gorillas, which is almost half of their total number.

Day 4 Bwindi Forest National Park - Mbarara (overnight stop)

THE GORILLA PERMIT APPLICATION HAVE TO BE DONE IN GOOD TIME! Early breakfast and transfer to the Bwindi Park office. In the morning in the park it can be cool 17-20 degrees and rainy – take a sweater and raincoat just in case. At 8 am the guide will hold a briefing, during the briefing tell the guide that you need to return to Kampala today so that he will put you in the first group for trekking. After watching the gorillas, quickly leave in the direction of Kampala. The road is not short – 565 km – about 10 hours on the road over two days. Before the onset of darkness, you will reach the province of Mbara and stop for the night at Nyore Hillside Retreat BB. Order some food from the local cuisine for dinner and ask the staff to organize an early breakfast (consult with the driver about the best time to leave for Kampala).

Day 5 Mbara - Kampala - Entebbe - Kilimanjaro - Moshi

Early breakfast, and transfer to Kampala. Estimated arrival time in the capital of Uganda is 10 am. During the city tour you will see the most interesting and significant tourist magnets, you can visit the traditional bazaar with souvenir shops. Head to Entebbe airport no later than 12 noon. Upon arrival at the airport, do not forget to return the SIM card to the driver. Prepare medical documents and a passport for control at the health port,check-in for the flight and passport control. The main restaurant of the airport has a salad bar and a buffet – have lunch before the flight. Departure to Kilimanjaro at 14:50. Upon arrival, prepare your passports, visa and fill out the immigration forms. After receiving your luggage, withdraw Tanzanian shillings from an ATM or use dollars. Buy a SIM card with Internet access. At the exit of the arrival’s terminal, you will be met by a driver of the transportation company. Transfer to Moshi town, about 60 kilometers and 1 hour drive. Approximate check-in time at Park View Inn/Salinero Hotel HB 18:30 and then dinner. Relax before climbing Kilimanjaro. Kilimanjaro National Park is a park in Tanzania, located in the north of the country. The park is home to the highest peak in Africa, Kilimanjaro 5895 m. The park is located in the region of the same name near the city of Moshi, 128 km from Arusha. The main border of the park is laid at an altitude of2700 meters above sea level, in addition, the park includes six corridors through the forest below this level.

Day 6 Moshi - Kilimanjaro - Moshi

Breakfast and transfer to the start of your route – about 30 km and 1 hour on the road. At the entrance to the park, the driver will introduce you to the guide and you will go through the formalities to receive entrance tickets. The ascent to the plateau usually takes 5 hours. A picnic will be organized for you on the plateau. After lunch, there is a descent to the exit from Kilimanjaro Park and this will take about 4 hours. Then return to the hotel for rest and dinner.

Day 7 Moshi – Chemka Hot Spring – Arusha National Park – Dar Es Salaam

Chemka Hot Springs is a small oasis with blue transparent azure water, where there is a place for everyone – children can endlessly splash in the warm water, adults can dive in masks, watching the fish or just lie on the shore, enjoying the rays of the sun that make their way through the thickets of palm trees. Arusha National Park is located in the north of Tanzania in the Arusha region. Founded in 1960, the park included the Ngurdoto Crater and Momella Lakes and was called the Ngurdoto Crater National Park. After Mount Meru became part of it in 1967, the park changed its name to Arusha. The park is located between Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru, 25 km east of the regional center, Arusha.
The city of Moshi and the Kilimanjaro International Airport are also located in close proximity to the park. Deep in the forest is the Ngurdoto Crater, where herds of buffalo and warthogs live on the marshy bottom. To the north of the crater are the Momella Lakes, which attract numerous waterfowl, especially flamingos. Waterbucks, giraffes, and zebras live on the shores of the lakes. Leopards and hyenas also live in the park. After a late breakfast and check-out, head to the hot spring (prepare your swimming suits and shoes). Then you will go to Arusha National Park on a safari – about 65 km and 1.5 hours on the road. During the transfer, you will be provided with lunch in lunch boxes. During the safari, you will still enjoy the views of Kilimanjaro and see endemic animals. Arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport for a flight to Tanzania’s largest city, Dar Es Salaam, is scheduled for 7pm. If you have time for a snack, stop at one of the local restaurants, otherwise wait until you arrive at the airport. Flight to Dar Es Salaam at 20:20. With a 20-minute stop in Zanzibar, you will arrive in Dar Es Salaam at 22:20 local time. At the airport, you will be met by the driver, he will organize a transfer to Oyster Bay, the name of one of the fashionable areas of Dar. Check in at the Golden Tulip Hotel BB. Try to inspect several beach clubs around and try local snacks. Dar Es Salaam – “the home of the conquered, the resigned” – is the largest city in Tanzania. The
richest city in the country and an important economic center. The administrative center of the Dares Salaam region. The population is about 6 million people. Although Dar es Salaam ceded its official status as the state capital to Dodoma in 1993, it remains the seat of government.

Day 8 Dar Es Salaam – Stone Town, Zanzibar

Relax from the nightlife of Dar, have breakfast and spend free time by the pool overlooking the bay. After check-out at 11:00, the driver will organize a tour of the new and old town of the former capital of Tanganyika. The City Tour will end at the port, where you should board a high-speed ferry to Zanzibar. Departure at 16:00.  The journey takes 1 hour and 45 minutes. At the port of Zanzibar, you will be met by the driver of the host company, he will arrange a transfer to Stone Town, the capital of Zanzibar. The journey takes no more than 20 minutes. Day 9 Stone Town – Uroi resort

After breakfast, leave your bags in the hotel storage room and enjoy the City tour with the local guide. By 12 noon, a transfer from the hotel to the resort will be organized.
