This tour crated for travel professionals to discover the Pearl of Africa – Uganda and experience the Magical Kenya!  On your way through these beautiful countries, you will enjoy safari in 5 Ugandan National Parks and Amboseli and Tsavo in Kenya, the Chimpanzee tracking in Kibale and Gorilla tracking (optionally – permit have to be applied two weeks in advance), as well, relax at the Indian Ocean and introduction to the Coastal Hospitality Infrastructure.

Uganda is a country in East Africa. It is a member of the British Commonwealth. It comes from the word Buganda – ganda is the name of the local Bu tribe – an indicator of the land belonging to the tribe. The autonomy of 5 kingdoms is recognized. It is inhabited by Bantu peoples, Nilots and other representatives of Central African tribes. It borders on Sudan in the north, on the Democratic Republic of the Congo in the west, on Rwanda and Tanzania in the south, on Kenya in the east. In the southeast is Lake Victoria. The population is about 40 million. The official languages ​​are English, Luganda and Swahili. The currency is the Ugandan shilling (100 dollars = 3700 shillings). Electricity 220V, British plug. Kenya is Africa’s leading tourist destination. Kenya’s magic is embedded everywhere you look, from wandering majestic elephants to its breathtaking Mountains, Forests and secluded waterfalls. The land is diverse, offering desert patches alongside snow-capped mountains, valleys and volcanoes, with beautiful beaches whose dark blue waters are home to colorful coral reefs.

Kenya has many tourist attractions ranging from the sandy beaches at the coast, diverse flora and fauna, game parks, cultural heritage, scenic landscapes just to name but a few. The Nairobi National Park is within the boundaries of the City of Nairobi. Also close by is the popular Giraffe Centre where visitors can watch and even feed the giraffes. Other attractions include the National museum, Amboseli National Park, Lake Nakuru, Hells gate, Tsavo East and West National park to mention but a few. The country’s notable tourist attraction is the annual Wildebeest Migration at the Maasai Mara. It is a sight to behold and has been dubbed the Wonder of the World.

Tour Plan

Day 1 ENTEBBE-KIBALE. Meal: Breakfast, Dinner

Welcome to Uganda! After a warm welcome by our guide at Entebbe International Airport, you will be transferred to hotel. Breakfast. Settle in and prepare for the adventure that lies ahead.

Accommodation: Infinity Hotel/Boma Guest House or similar

Pick up around 11am, then drive from Entebbe to Kibale National Park, have a journey through Fort Portal, the capital of Tooro Kingdom, shadowed by the magnificent Rwenzori Mountains. Journey through lush tea plantations, arriving in Kibale National Park by afternoon.

Day 2 CHIMPANZEE TREKKING AND DRIVE TO QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK, Meal: Breakfast and Dinner

You will go for Chimpanzee tracking and enjoy a wonderful forest experience with these habituated chimpanzees. These engaging apes are closest to human beings and are great to watch being playful both on the ground and in the trees. In the afternoon, drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park. This is one of Uganda’s most popular parks, offering scenic game drives. It has a wide variety of wild animals and over 600 bird species, incorporating a wide variety of habitats that range from savannah to wetlands and lowland forests.

Day 3 MORNING GAME DRIVE WITH EXPERIENTIAL LION EXPERIENCE AND AFTERNOON BOAT RIDE ON KAZINGA CHANNEL. Meal: Breakfast, Dinner

Have an early morning game drive. There are over 100 mammal species that including lion, hippo, buffalo, leopard, spotted hyena, elephant, and the elusive giant forest hog in this park. You will also visit the salt lakes in Katwe before returning to the lodge. In the afternoon, you will have a boat ride on the Kazinga Channel. Here, you will have a chance to see different animals coming to the water, as well as a variety of bird species. Return to the lodge.

Day 4 DRIVE TO BWINDI IMPENETRABLE NATIONAL PARK. Meal: Breakfast, Dinner

Today, you will have an en-route visit to the southern part of Queen Elizabeth -Ishasha. This sector is notably known for its resident tree- climbing lions that are an exceptional attraction in the park. You will have a brief game drive in search of tree-climbing Lions. Continue to Bwindi, home to half of the world’s mountain gorilla population, , as well as unique bird species including 23 of the 24 Albertine Rift endemic bird species including the Blue-throated Broadbill, bar-tailed Trogon, and other beautiful forest species. Relax and prepare for an incredible gorilla trekking experience the next day.

Driving time to Buhoma: 2.5 to 3 hours (Northern Bwindi).

Driving time to Rushaga: About 6-7hours (Southern Bwindi).

Day 5 BWINDI. Meal: Breakfast, Dinner

Enjoy your morning walking safari in forest and ethnical excursion to the nearest village. Thereafter, transfer to Lake Bunyonyi; this lake has 29 islands of various shapes and sizes scattered across the water that make it almost magical. Proceed to the lodge and once settled in; you will have a canoe boat ride on this beautiful lake and relax at the lodge.

Optionally – After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing and set off for an unforgettable gorilla trekking journey. Led by experienced rangers, the trek which takes between 2 and 7 hours will be challenging but deeply rewarding as you get to spend a full hour in close proximity with a gorilla family.

Day 6 DRIVE TO LAKE MBURO NATIONAL PARK. Meal: Breakfast, Dinner

Today, you will proceed to Lake Mburo National Park, the smallest of Ugandan National Parks. As you enter, the park, you will enjoy a game drive in search of animals like impalas, zebras, elands, and many other antelopes. Proceed to the lodge for an overnight.

Day 7 DRIVE TO KAMPALA FLY TO NAIROBI. Meal: Breakfast, Dinner

Early in the morning have a guided nature walk, this walk you will see giraffes, zebras and waterbucks and many more. Later, drive to Entebbe for your international flight to Kenya @4:20pm.

After the immigration procedure in Nairobi you will be transferred to the hotel for the refreshing. At 7:30pm transfer to the Safari Park Hotel to enjoy the “Cat’s Show”, a performance with the participation of the best Kenyan dancers and acrobats has been going on for the last 40 years. During the show, dinner is served – 15 types of meat, including crocodile, ostrich, camel, as well as a salad and dessert buffet. Drinks are extra. After the show, it is possible to take a picture with the artists. At 10pm transfer to the hotel for rest.

Day 8 NAIROBI-AMBOSELI. Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

6:00 am early breakfast, check out, 6:45 am transfer to SGR Nairobi train station, departure time at 8:00 am, however you must arrive at the station early to go through security procedures and print tickets. Travel to EMALI (arrival at the station at 9:37am). Drinks, snacks and breakfast are sold in the train. Alcohol and flammable sprays are not permitted to curry in the train. Transfer to Amboseli National Park.  Check-in and lunch. The evening game drive will start at 2pm. Experienced travelers say that the best view of Kilimanjaro opens from Amboseli, although the highest mountain in Africa is located in Tanzania. Amboseli is also called the home of elephants, and indeed this is another feature of the park, which is home to up to 9 thousand individuals. There is always a lot of water in the park, so you will see a lot of animals. Depending on the time you can inspect a few lodges.

Day 9 AMBSELI-TSAVO. Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

6:00am breakfast, check-out, morning game drive in Amboseli. By 10 am you will leave the park and will head to the Tsavo East National Park. Entrance through the Mtito Andei Gate and check-in to the legendary Maneaters Lodge for lunch. Evening game drive will start at 4 pm. Back to the lodge for dinner.

Tsavo East is famous for the largest groups of elephants in the world, as well as many Maasai giraffes. The landscape of Tsavo East mainly consists of grassy savannah, scrubland and swamps near the Voi River. The famous Yatta lava plateau is located here. In the park you can see impala antelope, buffalo, big kudi, water goats, lions, cheetahs and other animals.

Day 10 TSAVO-MOMBASA. Meal: Breakfast, Dinner

Morning game drive, breakfast, check-out, transfer to the VOI train station. Departure for Mombasa at 12:06pm. At 2pm transfer to Mombasa town for the Old Mombasa walking tour.

MOMBASA is a coastal city in southeastern Kenya, on the shores of the Indian Ocean. It was the first capital of British East Africa until Nairobi became the capital in 1907. The city soon became a major trading center in East Africa, mainly trading spices, slaves, coconuts and ivory. Commercial ties reached the mainland of India and China. Over the centuries, the city changed hands – the Arabs, the Portuguese, the Sultanate of Oman, and in 1840 Mombasa was taken by the Sultan of Zanzibar, who later gave it to the British. It became a protectorate of Great Britain, which made Mombasa a sea gate and railway station.

Tourists enjoy some types of safaris and since the beach is perfect for snorkeling, diving and much more – this is why Mombasa has been a popular tourist destination for the past 100 years. On the other hand, Mombasa is not only famous for its beaches. The destination is well known as an ancient city that existed from the first to the fifth century.

Mombasa is now Kenya’s main port and the capital of Mombasa County. The city is known as the “white and blue city” in Kenya, also for its calm pace amidst the hustle and bustle of everyday life, so the slogan “Hakuna matata” – a Swahili phrase meaning “no problem” or “don’t worry” – reflects the reality of a slow life.

Day 11 MOMBASA-DIANI. Meal: Breakfast, Dinner

After the sun basing and breakfast, check out and we’ll start the hotel inspections for the properties bases in Mombasa. Arrival to the best beach in Africa – Diani by 2pm. Enjoy yourself at the Ocean! Traditional show starts after the dinner.

Day 12 DIANI. END OF THE TOUR. Meal: Breakfast, Lunch

Breakfast, then site inspection for the Diani based properties. Back to the hotel by 1pm.

Depending on your itinerary you can enjoy the boat ride to the disappearing islands and snorkeling (3 hours with lunch at the fisherman restaurant), Bora-Bora Wildlife Park (3 hours with lunch at the fisherman restaurant), Watersport activities (2 hours with lunch at the fisherman restaurant), Lunch and the Kongo river Sunset (3 hours), Late check-out from the hotel with lunch till 6pm.

Transfers to Ukunda/Mombasa Airport or SGR Terminus are scheduled each 3 hours.
